Two Blues Youngsters Nominated for Goal of the Month

Town youngsters Tommy Hughes and Zak Brown have both been nominated in the LFE Goal of the Month competition for March.

Hughes (pictured above) smashed in a strike from his own half in the 3-2 win at Birmingham, while Brown chipped in his stunner from an impossible angle in the 6-3 defeat of Crewe.

Register your vote via the LFE website or on Twitter using one of the hashtags below. Voting remains open until noon on 16th April. The winner will take a place in the LFE’s 2018/19 Goal of the Season contest.

I just wish more players had the vision to give it a go from the half way line... keepers are often too far out but players rarely give it a go.

Anyone can shoot from halfway, real vision is seeing a keeper off his line when you have the ball on the dead ball line #LFEGOALF

How currently is "Lewis Simper CAMBRIDGE UNITED v Barnet " getting the most votes? Much a chancers goal and one you'll see time and time again. Credit to all the lads , ones to be proud of but my vote is for Tommy - showed genuine intelligence and vision.
